  • Kraft paper hearts

  • Newspaper hearts

  • Cardstock hearts

  • Washi tape

  • Oil pastels

  • Markers

  • Ribbon

It was fun to watch everyone go in their own direction with the materials. Oil pastels are always a sweet medium to introduce because their marks are so opaque and vibrant! We saw the children enjoy them :) We also saw a lot of them work on writing letters! Axel accidentally wrote the “GIFT” just by stringing letters together! We laughed about the silly words they were making up!
