Where do I come from?

Our culture, language and family of origin have such an impact on who we are. It was so fun learning more about each of your children, so thank you for sharing photos and details with us before class!

Sharing Time

We used the photos and info you sent in to create a little presentation that we displayed on the TV. Then we let each child use the ~pointer finger~ and karaoke mic to teach us about their backgrounds. We heard about different languages spoken, food eaten, and traditions partaken in at home! Everyone was excited to share, and the graphics and photos made them equally as excited to listen and learn about their classmates.

Lastly, we had them draw YOU! It’s always so sweet to see what features they emphasize when sketching their loved ones. You’ll get to see these after we wrap up the class :)
